D.O.C Wine Flights

We offer the following wines by 6 oz glass and 2 oz taste. The flights are grouped to enhance & distinguish each wine appropriately. Flights are 2 oz of each of the three wines by category.

Sparkling Wine

You don't need a special occasion to "pop" open the bubbly. Every day of life is a special occasion. We have selected 3 distinctive types of sparkling wine for you to compare and contrast.

Classic Whites

We offer three mouth-watering, crisp, European classics from vertical vineyards of the Mosel, to the chalky Limestone hills of Sancerre, and the White Burgundy from the cradle of the Chardonnay grape.

Dive Into Spring

As the city heats up, cool down with these refreshing whites. Try two lively selections from the humid Iberian peninsula along with the distinctly herbaceous New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc.

Italian Whites

Try a flight of Italy's crisp, dry, and refreshing whites. If you like Pinot Grigio you might just fall in LOVE with Falanghina or Soave. With all that Italy has to offer, the affair may not end here.

Juicy Aromatic Whites

Take a journey through Italy, France and Argentina to discover the unique flavors and aromas of a few varietals with which you may not be familiar. These wines will awaken and delight your senses.

European Reds

A classic Chianti, a complex Spanish blend, and a muscular Bordeaux will show you how Old World wines are rivaling New World challengers in the ever expanding wine world.

If you like Pinot...

Are you crazy about Pinot Noir? Take a risk with this flight and try a light-bodied Italian, and a smooth Portuguese along with the classic Burgundian-style Pinot Noir.

Voluptuous Reds

These lush, velvety, fruit-forward wines will ravish your palate and leave you begging for more. Try these with the "steak & frites"

Spicy Reds

These feisty wines are loaded with big fruit and bold spice. From your first sip of the playful Australian to your last swallow of the intense Argentinian, these reds will confound and enthrall you.

Dessert Wine

What the poet refers to as noble rot, the scientist insists on calling botrytis. However you'd like to think of it, with these two dessert wines and a Ruby Port, this flight pairs well with our selection of delicious chocolates or a serving of blue cheese.
